I finally found this super cool hotel in Beijing!

✅ Soundproofing/Hygiene:
The hotel maintains good overall hygiene, and the soundproofing meets basic living needs, providing a comfortable resting environment for families with children.

🏘️ Room Type/Layout:
The room layout features a standard double room design with limited space. The windows are fixed and cannot be opened, making the outside view particularly important. A lake-view room offers a superior visual experience, and the scenery from the dam is equally breathtaking.

🛌 Amenities/Facilities:

- The hotel provides cribs and bed rails upon request. While children's toiletries are not automatically supplied, you can ask the staff for them.
- The facilities are well-equipped, including a gym, kids' play area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a dedicated children's pool with a kid-friendly zone, perfect for families. However, the play area is small, with only one activity space.
- The air conditioning in the room cools effectively, so the temperature may feel low upon entry—be mindful of sudden temperature changes to avoid discomfort.
- Drinks in the minibar are chargeable; check with the front desk before consuming.

💰 Average Cost:
The city-view king room costs ¥999, and you can upgrade to a lake-view king room using a lake-view upgrade voucher.

💗 Additional Tips:

- Plenty of kid-friendly activities: stroll along the dam for great views day or night; the play area is ideal for younger kids on weekdays when it's less crowded; biking along the dam is also fun—bike rental spots are available on both sides of the dam road outside the hotel, offering various bike types (hourly rates apply, better for older kids).
- Dining: The nearest restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away, and food delivery options are limited with high minimum orders—consider bringing snacks.
- In the evening, the dam gets busy with bikes, electric carts, and cars, so be cautious when pushing a stroller.
- The hotel breakfast is diverse and tasty, providing a great start for families.
- At check-in, feel free to ask the staff if you have any questions about the hotel.
