Beijing NUO Hotel features a blend of Chinese and Western design, from the lobby artworks to the room details, every corner feels like strolling through a low-key luxurious contemporary art museum. Plus, the prime location is unbeatable.
🛋️ Room Experience
Starting at 55㎡ for the deluxe rooms, the smart mattress and projector are a lazy person’s dream. The bathroom has a double sink design, and the amenities are a custom series with sandalwood scent. My favorite spot is the Zen tea area by the floor-to-ceiling window, where the palace lanterns light up at night creating a full ambiance.
🍽️ Culinary Surprises
Highly recommend the freshly made Eggs Benedict and the Old Beijing Zhajiangmian stall for breakfast. The executive lounge afternoon tea features Peking Opera mask macarons, and if you book in advance, you can enjoy official dishes served on cloisonné tableware.
🏊 Heavenly Facilities
The indoor heated pool is best visited in the evening, with a starry sky ceiling and infinity design that feels like swimming in the galaxy; the gym equipment is all Technogym; the spa center uses Forbidden City red as the main color, and the Chinese massage techniques are very professional.
