Venice in Beijing!!!

Gubei Water Town is very cold in the winter…but so worth it!! ❄️☃️ We bundled up and went in the evening when the tourists were all leaving, and even though we had debated spending the full-day ticket price just to be there for the last few hours of the evening, it was so worth it. You can see in the photos just how much we “had the place to ourselves”! The food prices are definitely hiked a bit since it’s a tourist location, but the traditional street foods we tried were tasty, and contributed to the experience. 🍗🥘🍢 We want to go again in the summertime for sure, but for our first little taste of Gubei, it was a perfect albeit chilly experience. 🧣☕️🥰#mytripvlog #beijing #china #chinatravel #beijingtravel #asiatrip #expat #awesomepic
