I recommend the Biei Bus Tour, a day package that takes you around Biei, a 2-hour bus ride from Sapporo City, taking pictures in front of famous spots and visiting restaurants!

It might be difficult for tourists to travel by personal rental car due to the terrible road conditions, but it was nice to be able to travel comfortably with a guide in a large bus
