Regret it! Went to this mountain?

Wuyi Mountain 1-Day Tour Essential Guide

Wuyi Mountain, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is famous for its Danxia landform, bamboo rafting on the Nine-bend Creek, and rock tea culture. For a one-day tour, it is recommended to enter the park at 7 AM and head straight to the Nine-bend Creek Bamboo Rafting (starting point: Xingcun Pier). Enjoy the reflections of the unique peaks on the water and listen to the boatman’s legends about "Jade Maiden Peak" and "King Peak."

After rafting, visit Wuyi Palace and Song Street to experience the charm of ancient architecture and try local snacks from Wufu: glutinous rice cakes, rice jelly, and Langu smoked goose. In the afternoon, climb Tianyou Peak, ascending 888 steps to the top, where you can overlook the winding Nine-bend Creek and the rolling sea of clouds—an excellent viewpoint.

In the evening, take a stroll at Impression Jianzhou or Sangu Resort Area, where you can watch the live performance "Impression Dahongpao" directed by Zhang Yimou (tickets need to be purchased in advance), enjoying the interplay of light and shadow over the tea mountains at night.

✅ Combined ticket ¥140 (including park transportation). Wear non-slip shoes, bring water and sun protection. Drive yourself or take the high-speed train to Nanping Station and transfer to a bus. Experience the mountain, water, and tea charm all in one day—definitely worth the trip.
