Frozen waterfalls meander throughout the scenic area. Because it was the winter off-season, there weren't many people, making it a comfortable visit. I went there in the summer, in the afternoon, and there were relatively few people in the scenic area, probably because it wasn't a weekend. There weren't many people there anyway.
