Some communication issues in the beginning about our dietary preferences but it was swiftly sorted. This is a high quality restaurant for Bintan. Each dish has its own distinct taste profile. Burnt lettuce glazed with honey sweetness with herb yogurt and macademia nuts as its final touch.

The iberico pork skewer dipped with an egg yolk stirred into foie gras onion sauce was delightful. Hokkaido seafood paella has its rice already lobster flavored and comes with fresh scallops and cuttlefish.
