Unforgettable Service at Ozen Reserve Bolifushi

Visited Ozen Reserve Bolifushi for a few days in July 2025. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, despite the windy weather. The service was fantastic, with a sharp focus on detail and an intuitive understanding of your needs, even before you realize them yourself. Special gratitude goes to Kathi at the Sangu Bar, who served uplifting drinks that contrasted with the cloudy skies. When you ordered a drink, he replied with a smile, saying, "You can order that at home; let me create something special for you!" Each drink was ten times better than what I requested. The beverages, cuisine, service, and breathtaking surroundings created lifelong memories. Eager to add more to those memories soon. M. Eriksson
