A resort like no other!

I have always like how professional Henann staffs look in their uniform during my trips to boracay. On our fourth trip, we decided to stay at one of Henann Group of resorts. We had a great time in Boracay and that is including our stay in Henann Lagoon Resort. We spent half of our time during the trip in the resort itself.

Firstly, checking in was a breeze. Check in staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. All the information required were given to us during that short session. The porter assisted to bring our bags to the room too.

We booked the grand room with direct pool access. The room was spacious with ample space for us to move. It opens up to a amazing pool with access to the pool bar. We were also given a towel card that can be exchange for a beach towel for use at the pool or at the beach. Bathroom came with a standalone bathtub complete with separate standing shower and toilet. All the necessities we provided by the resort. Bed was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was amazing. We get to have breakfast in the lounge every morning. On top of the normal staples that were provided in buffet style, we also get to choose and order all different types of breakfast from the menu and it will be prepared especially for you.

We had dinner at the restaurant too. Service staff was helpful and friendly. Food was delicious too. There was also duo band to entertain the restaurant guest during our stay in Henann Lagoon Resort.

My partner had a mishap during our stay. He had a small accident resulting to a 2cm laceration over the right shin. A staff came immediately with a first aid kit after we make a call to the reception. However while doing dressing for my partner, we notice that the staff did not don any gloves. Although guest safety is a priority, staff's safety must also be taken into consideration. Staff was apologetic but we just reminded him that it was for his own safety.

Our experience staying in Henann Lagoon Resort was amazing and we will continue to stay at one of Henann Group of Resorts when we visit Boracay again.
