Summer (June to mid-September)
This is the best time for hiking and outdoor activities. The weather is generally warm and sunny, wildflowers are in bloom, and most mountain huts (rifugi) and cable cars are open. Trails are typically free of snow, though some high-altitude areas may have snow patches in early June.
