Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, one of the three major Guanyin holy sites

#Busan Travel

Our country's representative Buddhist temple, Haedong Yonggungsa

The original name of Haedong Yonggungsa in Busan was Bomunsa, but after Avalokitesvara had a dream of ascending to heaven on a dragon, the name was changed to Yonggungsa. It was rebuilt in 1930 after being burned down during the Imjin War, and is one of the three major Guanyin holy sites (Yangyang Naksansa, Namhae Boriam, Haedong Yonggungsa).
In front of Yonggungsa, behind the East Sea, there is Sirangsan Mountain, making it one of the most beautiful temples that many writers have praised.

It is so in harmony with nature👍👍👍
And there is a legend that if you go to the Seawater Avalokitesvara Buddha statue in Yonggungsa and pray earnestly, your wish will come true, so it is a famous tourist attraction, so I also finished my trip to Yonggungsa by praying for two wishes in front of it~!🙏🏻🙏🏻
