Shilla Stay Haeundae

When I came to Busan and stayed at Shilla Stay Haeundae, I didn’t have much expectation for the hotel breakfast. After all, the room was a bit old and the soundproofing was not good. but! Unexpectedly, the breakfast added a lot to the overall experience.
Although the dishes are not very diverse, each one is quite exquisite:
- Continental breakfast area: basic bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, grilled tomatoes, toast
- Salad and fruit area: fresh vegetables, a wide selection of sauces, and even the fruits are unexpectedly sweet.
- Desserts and coffee: There are freshly baked croissants and blueberry bread. The coffee is from a self-service machine but the taste is good.
It is recommended to come early for breakfast (7:00-8:00 is the most comfortable time). After 8:30, the crowds start to increase, and sometimes popular dishes will be replenished again and again but will be sold out. Remember to bring your room card and report your room number.
- Bright lighting and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a slow breakfast
- Both Chinese and Western food, very friendly to Asian stomachs
- Freshly baked bread area + salad and fruit are a plus
- Enjoy the morning light outside the window while eating
