Michelin-Recognized Busan Pork Soup Restaurant

One of the must-try dishes when visiting Busan is pork soup (dwaeji gukbap)!
This time, I visited a restaurant that has even been featured in the Michelin Guide.
The broth is clear yet free of any porky smell, and the generous portion of meat made it truly satisfying.

This place is popular among locals as well, so even the side dishes were meticulously prepared and delicious.
The staff were friendly, making it a comfortable spot even for solo diners!

For reference, the soup here is on the milder side, and their cold boiled pork slices are also worth trying.
