A space where art and nature meet

#SeptemberTravelSupport

Located at the mouth of the Nakdong River in Saha-gu, Busan, this museum harmoniously blends contemporary art with the natural environment. Completed in 2017 and officially opened in 2018, the building covers approximately 29,900 square meters and houses approximately 5,910 square meters of exhibition space, offering a spacious and inviting experience. The outdoor green space and vertical gardens surrounding the building's exterior create a sense of "plants and art growing together." The lobby, decorated with vibrant, patterned artworks, offers a visual delight from the moment you step inside. The museum offers a balanced selection of special exhibitions, permanent exhibitions, and exhibitions by international artists, making it accessible to visitors with diverse artistic tastes. Admission is generally free, but some special and feature exhibitions may require a fee, so please check in advance. Recommended visiting hours are Tuesday through Sunday mornings, and the museum is closed on Mondays.
