🍜
・Abalone Porridge (Jeju House)
Busan's specialty abalone porridge is mild and light in flavor, contrary to its appearance. The side dishes served alongside were also delicious.

・Hotteok (Inside Gukje Market)
I bought freshly made, piping hot hotteok from a popular stall. Be careful not to burn yourself while eating.

・Korean-style Chinese Cuisine (Lotte Department Store Gwangbok Branch)
I had Jajangmyeon and Sweet and Sour Pork. The Jajangmyeon was surprisingly light and easy to eat despite its appearance. The Sweet and Sour Pork featured crispy fried pork with a sweet and tangy sauce, offering a different kind of deliciousness compared to Japanese-style Chinese cuisine.

・Clam Soup (Somjingang Chaecheot Clam Soup)
At Somjingang Chaecheot Clam Soup, solo diners are not allowed during lunchtime, but breakfast is fine. There might be a wait even in the morning. The clam soup has a gentle flavor, making it perfect for breakfast. Eating the various side dishes that come with the soup while sipping the clam soup makes it hard to stop. The braised mackerel looks spicy but is surprisingly mild. The mackerel is delicious, and the radish braised with it is also very tasty. Highly recommended.

🏠
・Busan CONNECT Ocean Hotel
This city hotel is rare in that it has a balcony with a view of the Busan sea. However, the room facilities and amenities are minimal. That said, the price is lower than surrounding hotels, making it a good choice for those who don't mind simplicity or just need a place to sleep.
