I found this cafe while traveling by bus.

Cheonghak Water Reservoir Observatory
📍475-4 Cheonghak-dong, Yeongdo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City
🚌You can get there by bus from Jagalchi (just under 30 minutes)
🚕It takes about 15 minutes by taxi from Jagalchi or Nampo
I recommend taking a taxi to see the night view
I think it cost about 8,000 yen
