I was amazed as soon as I arrived at the front desk! 1-on-1 dedicated staff guided me to sit down.
Cold drinks + snacks were immediately served, so I could enjoy them while checking in.
The staff clearly explained all the facilities and activities.
They even proactively told me “where the best photo spots are.”
