🌈【3 Days 2 Nights Itinerary Guide】
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭: Mo Ni Hei Festival Celebration → Wengding Ancient Village
📍Mengjiao Ethnic Township (free all day)
🕘 Recommended to join the "Mo Ni Hei" festival in the morning (every April), where people smear natural mud on each other to pray for blessings. Remember to wear dark old clothes!
📍Wengding Primitive Tribe (ticket 55 RMB)
🕒 14:00-18:00
✅ The last primitive tribe in China, with thatched houses preserving the original Wa style. The sacred tree and ox head stakes at the ancient village entrance are perfect for cultural photos. The best time is at dusk when the cooking smoke rises~

𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮: Tiankeng Adventure → Sigangli Karst Cave
📍Cangyuan Tiankeng (undeveloped attraction)
🕗 Recommended to arrive before 8 AM
⚠️ Requires a local guide (about 200 RMB/group). This karst wonder has a vertical drop of 300 meters and turns into an emerald lake during the rainy season.
📍Sigangli Karst Cave (ticket 60 RMB)
🕥 10:30 AM In this semi-developed cave, remember to bring a light jacket! The most stunning sight is the "Female Genital Cave," the legendary birthplace in Wa folklore.

📍Kilometer-long National Painting Cliff (free)
🕙 Best viewing time 9:00-11:00 AM
🍃 The 3-kilometer-long natural cliff looks like an ink painting scroll. Wearing red or white clothes makes for better photos. Along the way, you will pass Wa villages where you can buy handmade brocade (about 80-300 RMB).

🍛【Authentic Food Guide】
🔹 "Chief’s Home" in Wengding Ancient Village
Must-try Wa King Feast (60 RMB per person), hand-grabbed rice with chicken and stewed rice, plus super authentic sour bamboo shoot fish.
🔹 "Cliff Painting Tribe Restaurant" in Menglai Township Cliff Painting Village
Recommended buckwheat cake dipped in honey (15 RMB). Wa rice wine has low alcohol but strong aftereffects.

🚗【Practical Tips】
1️⃣ Transportation: It’s recommended to rent a car (about 500 RMB/day) as the mountain roads are many and attractions are scattered.
2⃣ Accommodation: Recommended to stay in Wengding Ancient Village homestays (150-300 RMB). The morning view from the window is a sea of clouds.
3️⃣ Note: Bring non-slip shoes during the rainy season from May to October. The Lizu Qingmiao Festival in November is very lively.
4⃣ Border area requires an ID card! Some areas need a temporary pass.
