✅ Generally, Nevşehir Airport is the preferred choice as it’s closer. After landing, you can take the airport shuttle bus, but I recommend booking a shared transfer in advance for faster and more convenient travel—it’s not very expensive.

Staying in a cave hotel in Göreme town is undoubtedly the best option. ⚠️ However, prices vary greatly, from several thousand to a few hundred. Many people are unsure how to choose❓
✅ Recommendations are divided into two categories:
1. If you’re looking for a great rooftop to capture stunning hot air balloon photos and want to experience a cave stay with a higher budget, go for the top-tier hotels like Mithra or Sultan.
💕 2. If you’re seeking value for money and have a lower budget, opt for hotels priced around 300-400+. Choose one near the center of Göreme town. Most Göreme hotels offer similar service and cleanliness standards, and breakfast is included. The main differences are rooftop views and location. If you’re not staying at the top-tier hotels, you can visit Sunset Point 📸 or pay a small fee to access the rooftops of those premium hotels for photos—this is more cost-effective‼️ As for mid-range hotels, I find them less appealing and not worth the price.
