This Western steakhouse in Central has a pretty cozy atmosphere, perfect for both dining and drinking.
As soon as we sat down, we tried the Oyster Sake shot. Fresh oysters 🦪 paired with sake 🍶, the taste of the sea and the aroma of the sake complement each other, making the oysters even more flavorful.
The Sticky Eggplant 🍆 is cooked soft and tender, richly flavored with a thick, tasty sauce, offering a complex taste.
The Uni Toast is generously topped with sea urchin, fresh, sweet, and fragrant, plus salmon roe, served on charcoal toast—yummy!
The Fried Squid 🦑 is golden and crispy, not too greasy, and the squid meat is chewy with a strong squid flavor.
For the main course, we ordered the Striploin steak 🥩. The steak is cooked just right, with a crispy exterior and a tender, juicy pink interior, full of rich meat flavor.
The Elbow Pasta has a chewy, springy texture, with a creamy, rich sauce perfectly balanced. The side of broccoli is slightly charred and crisp.
