✿ Hong Kong's best steak 🥩 - a must-try: Porterhouse! Classic American steakhouse ✿

I can't wait to share with you the best Steak House I've tried recently!

This is an American-style steakhouse originating from New York City, using only top-quality American Black Angus beef. After the beef is air-freighted to Hong Kong, it undergoes dry aging in the restaurant's own aging room for at least four weeks, resulting in tender meat with a richer flavor.

The restaurant's decor is distinctly American, from the wall decorations to the seating, making you feel like you're in a New York steakhouse.

Of course, the portions are also American sizes—huge for an Asian stomach!

I tried their Central Course Menu ($680 pax) this weekend, and upgraded to Porterhouse for my main course. A little background on this steak: a T-shaped bone separates the Tenderloin (sirloin) and Strip Steak (New York strip) from each other. The Tenderloin is tender and juicy, while the Strip Steak is firmer and chewier with noticeable marbling—two completely different textures. Steak lovers, please enjoy! This is incredibly satisfying!!!

Overall, the steak is absolutely outstanding! I highly recommend "Porterhouse." The seasoning, cooking time, meat quality, and flavor are all top-notch. Steak lovers must bookmark this place!!
