This Central bar is amazing! 👍
They've teamed up with eight popular restaurants nearby, Crossover, including Bakehouse and Butter, to launch eight sustainable cocktails!
※ Sourdough ($130)
I'm really looking forward to this one because it's a collaboration with my favorite place, Bakehouse. It uses cold-brewed sourdough bread and vanilla beans as a base, blended with whiskey and honey, giving it a slightly sweet taste. The biggest surprise is the sea salt coconut foam on top. The whole thing has such a rich flavor, I love it!
※ Banana Peel ($130)
This cocktail, launched in collaboration with the American bakery Butter, features salted truffles, honeydew melon, rosemary soda, and more. It's quite refreshing.
※ Coffee ($130)
This is a collaboration with Amo Ago, a coffee shop. I thought it was similar to espresso. It tastes like a Martini. I didn't expect it to be citrusy. It's made with coffee grounds steeped for three days and then distilled with eucalyptus. Add some vodka, and let's toast! 🥂
※ Corn Husk ($130)
This is a collaboration with Chicano. It doesn't taste like corn, but rather grain. Add mango liqueur and peach soda. A cocktail with both floral and grain notes. 🌽
