In the South, there was a morning coffee shop where people liked to have breakfast, sip coffee, and sit and read newspapers in the past.

But these days, Kopi or breakfast shops have transformed into super chic cafes. The shop is decorated in a simple, cool style. The atmosphere is very homey and inviting. Most importantly, this shop is in Chiang Mai.

Yes, I'm talking about "Ko Pueak-Ko Dam" in Chiang Mai. It's in the Chang Phueak area. You can enter via Huay Kaew Road or Khlong Chonlaprathan. It's not far from Maya Shopping Mall. Or, to make it easier, enter via the newly opened Ibis Hotel Chiang Mai.

The shop is on the corner. There are big trees for shade. There's not much parking because there are a lot of customers. You have to wait in line in the morning or at noon.

This time, I ordered rice porridge with pork sausage, toast with four-colored custard, and traditional coffee... All the food is delicious, especially the custard, which looks very delicious.

The price is not expensive. I paid 2 hundred baht for this meal and got change.

I didn't get to try the other menus because I was full. I'll definitely go back and try them again next time.

This shop doesn't have air conditioning. You can sit and enjoy the cool breeze. There are a variety of food menus. I really like this kind of shop. It is a place to have breakfast or lunch in a simple, relaxed way with a different atmosphere.
