During the May Day holiday, come to Huogong Palace to see the fireworks of Changsha through the lens

🔥During the May Day holiday, amidst the bustling crowd at Changsha's Huogong Palace, a photography exhibition named 'Fireworks Changsha - A Cultural Imaging Exhibition' attracted many tourists to stop and look. This feast of images about food focuses on the everyday eating and drinking life of Changsha, showcasing the spicy charm of this ancient city of a thousand years.

🧾This exhibition displayed 14 works by several photographers who took to the streets of Changsha and delved into the city's alleys, capturing moments of sugar-coated rice puffs, stinky tofu, crayfish, Hunan rice noodles, grilled skewers... and various scenes of fiery, vigorous cooking, presenting the unique 'flavor of Changsha'.

📷Focusing on food, but also on the people who make and enjoy it. In the captions, the photographers introduced the identities of the stall owners in plain language. They are either 'old Changsha' locals or 'new Changsha people' who have come from afar. The interactive scenes between people and food, the down-to-earth labor scenarios, contain the hope for a good life, making the photographic works flow with the poetry of everyday life and possess a humanistic vigor!
