Yuelu Mountain ⛰️

We visited Yuelu Mountain on a hot summer morning, hoping to escape the city heat and it turned out to be exactly what we needed 🌿☀️. The moment we stepped into the shaded path beneath the ancient trees, the temperature dropped and everything felt calm. Cicadas buzzed in the background as we followed winding stone trails past bamboo groves, quiet pavilions, and trickling streams. The scent of pine and moss was everywhere, and the cool breeze brushing past us made the climb feel less like a workout and more like therapy 🍃🍂.

As we made our way up toward the top, we kept stopping—sometimes for photos, sometimes just to breathe and soak it all in 📸🧘. There were hidden corners to rest, small tea stands under the trees, and wide clearings where you could sit and look out over the entire city. At one point, we just stood there in silence, watching white clouds drift slowly across the skyline below.
