There are many different shopping districts near May Day Square in Changsha, Hunan, one of which is Taiping Old Street.

This area was long the center of Changsha, and thus retains some historical sites and former residences. It is now a shopping street with many different shops, including souvenir shops and restaurants. It is still bustling at night, making it a great place to experience Changsha's nightlife.

Transportation: 10 minutes walk from Changsha Metro "May Day Square Station".
