Chaozhou Secret Scenic Spot Encounter with Mountains and Waters

On this trip to Chaozhou, I discovered a hidden secret spot—Jiaqiao Pond! This place is truly magical, every snapshot looks like a scenic masterpiece 🌿

📍 Highlights
Jiaqiao Pond is hidden in a valley in Chao'an District, and the most eye-catching feature is the suspension bridge! It spans over the emerald green pond, surrounded by lush vegetation. Walking on the bridge, you can hear the sound of flowing water and birdsong, which instantly relaxes you. The pond water is crystal clear, reflecting a jade-like glow under the sunlight. We even saw locals fishing here~

💡 Tips
1. It’s best to visit on a sunny day; photos look amazing with good lighting! Especially between 3-5 PM when sunlight filters through the leaves and sparkles on the water.
2. Remember to wear non-slip shoes. Although the suspension bridge is sturdy, the wooden planks can be slippery after rain.
3. You can bring some snacks since there are no commercial facilities in the scenic area, but be sure to take your trash with you.

🚗 Transportation Guide
If driving, just navigate to "Chaozhou Jiaqiao Pond" and you’ll arrive. Parking is free. For public transport, take the rural bus in Chao'an District and tell the driver to stop at Jiaqiao Pond.
