Address - No. 231-1, Wuhouci Street, Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province
Environment/Facilities - The houses on Fushou Alley are adorned with red lanterns hanging under the eaves. They look especially photogenic when lit up at night! Highly recommended! 😍😍😍
Features - Jinli, also known as Jinli Street or Jinli Ancient Street, is an ancient commercial street located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. It dates back to the Qin and Han dynasties. Legend has it that Jinli was one of the oldest and most commercially vibrant streets in the history of Western Shu, renowned nationwide as early as the Qin, Han, and Three Kingdoms periods. Jinli is adjacent to Wuhou Shrine and exudes the ancient folk customs of Shu. Today, Jinli has been developed into a folk commercial pedestrian street, blending Three Kingdoms culture and Western Sichuan culture.
The shops in Jinli sell tea, lanterns, silk quilts, and local specialties. The restaurants offer delicacies such as Zhang Fei beef, Three Cannons, and fatty intestine noodles. Folk crafts like clay figurines, sugar paintings, paper cuttings, lanterns, and signboards are also available.
Additionally! You can watch Sichuan opera face-changing in Jinli! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Highly recommend the theater 'Prosperous Jinli,' which is more affordable.
Average Price - The ancient street is lined with snack shops and souvenir stores, with prices ranging from around $50 to $100.
