Location: Tucked away in an alleyway right next to the Yulin Wet Market, Dangui Cafe offers a distinctly "Old Chengdu" coffee shop vibe. The decor is quite unique and charming—definitely a great spot for photos!

My friend and I ordered a Pistachio Latte and a Viennese Coffee.
• The Coffee: The base coffee quality is good.
• A Sweet Note: A word of warning for those who prefer less sweetness: If you allow the layer of cream on top (especially on the Viennese or similar drinks) to fully melt into the coffee, it tends to be sweeter than other cafes' offerings.
• Presentation: A lovely touch—each item comes with a complimentary small card, adding a nice, collectible element to the visit.
The Star Dessert: Hami Melon Cake 🍈
The Hami Melon Cake was the true surprise and an absolute winner.
• Design: The sponge and cream layers are wonderfully thin, allowing the fresh Hami Melon (Cantaloupe) to take center stage.
• Flavor Profile: It's not overly sweet at all. This made it a perfect, refreshing counterpart to the rich coffee, creating an unexpected but delightful balance. Highly recommended, especially if you want a light, fruit-forward dessert.
