Visiting the Chengdu Panda Base is a special privilege that comes with responsibility. Following these guidelines ensures a respectful experience that supports the pandas' well-being and conservation.
Key Recommendations:
· Visit During Morning Hours (8:30-10:30 AM) when pandas are most active and natural behaviors can be observed without disruption
· Maintain Complete Silence near enclosures and avoid making sudden noises that may stress the animals
· Strictly No Flash Photography - bright lights can damage pandas' sensitive eyes and cause unnecessary distress
· Respect All Barriers by staying behind designated viewing areas and never attempting to touch the animals
· Follow All Staff Instructions immediately, as they prioritize the pandas' welfare above visitor preferences
The facility's primary mission is panda conservation, and visitor cooperation directly supports this goal. By adhering to these protocols, guests contribute to the pandas' health and the success of breeding programs while enjoying a more authentic observation experience. #travel
