🌟Highlights: The younger tower faces east to west, has a square plan, and has a floor height of seven levels; the sister tower faces southeast to northwest, has a main side shape in plan, and has a floor height of five levels. The two towers are 20 meters apart. Since they were built in the same well spring mountain pool, the lower parts of the towers are built with tall platforms extending into the pool water. Judging from the structure of the tower, the younger one is a single-wall hollow-tube pavilion-style tower, while the older sister tower is a mixed single- and double-wall hollow-tube pavilion style tower. The younger one is gorgeously decorated and covered with Buddhist carvings, which can be called a "seven-level pagoda"; The tower has a simple structure and is decorated with some figures. It can be called a "five-story pagoda".
On November 20, 1996, the Meilang Twin Towers were announced as national key cultural relics protection units by the State Council of the People's Republic of China.

📌Tips: 1. There is no special parking lot, so you can park in the open space in front of the scenic spot or on the side of the road.
2. Food and accommodation are available in Chengmai County. Seedless lychees, Ruixi beef jerky, Fu oranges, Qiaotou sweet potatoes, White Lotus goose, and Fushan coffee are Chengmai’s specialties. It is recommended to taste them or bring them with you.
