Phra Attharot Temple is now open for worship.

The Royal Temple, where Phra Attharot is enshrined, has been closed for renovation for many years. When the last Songkran was opened for worship, Phra Attharot was still black. I don't know how many decades it will take to see it again. After this, it will be gilded to make it golden like before. Outside the Royal Temple, there is the Chedi Luang, the old Ubosot that enshrines Luang Pho Somprathan, which is more than 500 years old, and the temples surrounding the Chedi Luang.
Thais can enter through the main gate. Foreigners must pass through the gate and pay a 50 baht entrance fee.
