The Volcano first opened its doors in 2011 near Chiang Mai University. Since then, it has expanded its business to locations such as Nim City, Central Festival, One Nimman, Central Plaza, Mega Bangna in Bangkok, and Phuket, now operating a total of 8 stores. Their Butter Sourdough Shokupan has just been freshly baked. "Shokupan" is a Japanese word meaning "white bread." The Butter Sourdough Shokupan is topped with brown sugar jelly and filled with Tahiti Earl Grey milk cream.
