This time in Chiang Mai, I found a place that is not just a “cafe” but a small coffee school called Ministry of Roasters.

The ground floor is a cafe zone that selects good beans from both domestic and international sources for you to choose from. You can try drip, cappuccino, or creative menus, all served with small advice that will help you get to know that cup of coffee better.
