Café-Hopping in Chiang Mai? Don’t Skip The Baristro Asian Style

If your idea of a summer escape includes sipping overpriced drinks in beautiful spaces while pretending to journal, then same. One of my favourite stops during my Chiang Mai trip? The Baristro Asian Style — hands down.

Took a Bolt from Old Town to The Baristro Asian Style — aka the café where the vibes are minimalist, but my order was unnecessarily extra. Got handed a fancy little card at the entrance like I was checking into a caffeine resort.

Skipped the Speed Bar (too efficient for my chaotic energy) and headed straight to the Slow Bar & Matcha Bar, where drinks are crafted like fine art. I ordered:

Matcha Dirty (matcha + espresso = chaotic good)
Matcha Green Coconut (like Bali in a cup)
…and a carrot cake, because self-control is a myth.

The barista gave me a warm welcome tea like we were old friends. A live band was playing soft tunes. I had a minor identity crisis and called it healing. Would 100% go back.

📍 The Baristro Asian Style – Chiang Mai

💳 Pro Tip: You’ll get a card at the entrance — don’t lose it, you’ll need it to order!
