• Grandma Somporn's Pad Thai recipe (a 60-year-old recipe!) The taste is perfectly balanced, a little spicy, a little sweet at the tip of your fingers, which is the shop's unique identity.
• Soft and chewy noodles, not tough red pork, crunchy long beans, suitable for those who like Pad Thai with all the ingredients.
