Today, I would like to take my friends to relax at CMU and explore the food behind the university that I can tell you… students and tourists will love!

🌤️ Start the trip by walking around “Ang Kaew”, a landmark that if you don’t visit, it would be a big mistake! The atmosphere is super great, cool breeze, mountain views contrasting with the water surface. In the evening, taking pictures will make you feel like you are in another country. There are people running, cycling, or just sitting around — you will definitely get cool photos to post on IG.

🍲 As the sun started to set, my stomach started to growl! So I walked to “Behind the University”, a food zone that feels like you have entered a foodie’s kingdom. There are everything from fried eggs to divine street food.

But today, we will go all out at “Suki Chang Phuak”, the branch behind the university — even if the queue is as long as a snake! Because their food is really good, the suki smells good from the wok, the vegetables are fresh and crispy, and the sauce is the real star. Spicy enough to finish the whole bowl without realizing it.

🥪 Let's move on to the dessert cafe "Volcano". It's a small shop but the queue isn't small! The popular menu items like the fresh butter bread with overflowing filling that used to be a Pop Up in Bangkok, you don't have to fly anywhere. Come here and feel warm like a friend's house, but the taste is professional level.

🥤 And before going back, let's add some sweetness to the legendary shop "Aon Nom Sod", a shop that CMU students know well that if you don't wait in line, it means you went at the wrong time. The toast is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, poured with generous milk. Sitting and enjoying the cool breeze before going home is the happiest way to end the day!
