🛕 Worship the Buddha for good fortune at Wat Phra Singh

#VisitChiangMai

This trip to Chiang Mai is a complete experience for both religious and food lovers! Start the day by paying homage to the Buddha at Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan, a temple that is a symbol of Chiang Mai that everyone who visits must stop by. If you don't, it's like you haven't arrived.

🙏 We went to pay homage to "Phra Buddha Sihing", a sacred Buddha image enshrined in the royal chapel. Inside the chapel, it is beautiful and exquisite. There are rare Lanna-style murals. The atmosphere is peaceful. We were full of merit since morning.

And when we were full of heart, it was time to recharge at "full stomach" 😋 We chose to try 2 famous Khao Soi restaurants in Chiang Mai!

🍜 First restaurant: Khao Soi Lamduan Fa Ham
A legendary old restaurant for over 70 years, serving traditional Khao Soi with a rich flavor. The noodles are chewy and soft. The curry is fragrant and perfectly balanced. The signature menus are Khao Soi Nuea and Khao Soi Gai, served with a lot of side dishes, pickled chili, lime, pickled vegetables, complete with recipes.

🥄 Second restaurant: Khao Soi Nimman
The atmosphere of the restaurant is modern. Located in the Nimmanhaemin area, you can easily walk around. The taste is just as strong, but a little more well-rounded. Suitable for those who like to slurp soft soup. Recommended menus are stewed pork khao soi and spicy seafood khao soi.
