Morning
Hike Doi Suthep to pay respects at Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. The misty atmosphere and the city view with the drizzle are incredibly romantic.
Stop by Mon Jam (Mon Cham) or Khun Chang Khian (Krua Hom Wan, if the rain isn't too heavy) to see a sea of mist and lush green fields.

Lunch
Eat Northern Thai food at Huen Phen or Krua Hom Wan. Recommended dishes: Hang Lay Curry, Khao Soi, and Nam Prik Num.
Or, if you're feeling café-y, head to Baan Kang Wat, which has many cafes and local craft shops.

Afternoon
Stop by Lung Det Tea Plantation (Mae Rim) for a view of the green terraced tea plantations amidst the mist.
Or, Popo Ping Ping Homestay in Khun Wang (near Doi Inthanon), which is refreshing during the rainy season with constant mist.

Evening
Walk along Nimmanhaemin Road, where there are many cafes, such as Ristr8to and Graph Coffee.
On Sundays, visit Tha Pae Walking Street for a full range of food and souvenirs.
