Memorable Experience at InterContinental Chiang Mai

Visited InterContinental Chiang Mai once more, this time with my mom and family for the Mother’s Day holidays, and it continues to impress. A special thanks to K. Nui (Club Lounge Manager) for his exceptional care and smooth organization, showing a level of attentiveness that truly stands out. The Club Lounge remains my go-to spot for unwinding, and it looks stunning after the renovation. Breakfast at Kad Lanna is consistently good, but the excellent team, with N’Yaya and N’Minnie, enhances it with their friendliness and energy. Appreciative of the bellman team, especially K. Mike and N’Tommy, for their attentiveness and assistance. A minor suggestion would be for lobby entrance staff to be more lively and clearer in explanations for an even more seamless experience. In conclusion, another unforgettable stay.
