Wat Phra That Doi Suthep is a temple that I have visited many times since I was a child. If I visit Chiang Mai with a tour, the guide will take me here every time. It is not far from Chiang Mai Airport. I will come to pray before flying back home. I drive myself up to Doi Suthep, which takes 20 minutes. If the road is clear and not a festival, the road is big and very well-made. It is easy to drive up the mountain. During the Covid period for the past 2 years, it is even clearer. There are not many tourists. The atmosphere is good and more peaceful because you don't have to crowd together to worship.

The temple has renovated the temple to maintain its original beauty. The viewpoint is a beautiful teak pavilion with a view of Chiang Mai city.
