Wat Phalad Sakitakami, I am impressed every time I come here.

This is still a beautiful Lanna temple that blends Burmese and Lanna styles. It's peaceful and shady every time you visit.

30 minutes from the city by car, drive towards Doi Suthep, pass Chiang Mai Zoo, and continue past the Kruba Srivichai Monument. The entrance to the temple features a Sala Si Khao and a pair of large lions.

There's also a nature trail from Channel 7 News Station to Wat Phalat. The walk takes about 45 minutes.
