This museum is the only one museum to display Japanese collections thanks to Mr. Narukawa. NHK broadcast TV camera is set inside this building, scenery from a big window is so beautiful. Narukawa Museum is beautifully set at the south end of Lake Ashi, with a view of Mt. Fuji on clear days (not always possible), has a stunning collection of Japanese paintings by 20th Century artists. Beautiful artwork on display - very restful - subjects focus largely on nature.
In 2024, I want to go to Hakone again.
