• Located in the heart of Chiang Rai, near the Clock Tower and the Saturday-Sunday Walking Street Market (about 5-10 minutes walk) 
• Around the hotel, there are street food restaurants and 7-Eleven, very convenient

• The room is spacious (about 28 sq m), clean, soft bed, USB plugs and quite luxurious blankets.
• There is a safe in the room, a coffee maker/kettle, a work desk, free Wi-Fi and towels, slippers in the room.
• The bathroom has a good pressure shower and either a rain shower or a normal shower depending on the room.

🍽 Breakfast
• There is a variety of breakfast buffets, both Thai and Western breakfast menus. Many guests praise it.

🏊 Additional facilities
• Outdoor pool (some reviews say the pool is quite large with poolside chairs)
• Sufficient free parking, no need to worry about parking 

😊 Service and reception
• The staff are good, polite and friendly, from the guards to the receptionists.
