The pudding is incredibly smooth, and the filling of the 'Cloud Cake' is pineapple and lemon custard. Initially, I thought it might taste artificial, but it turned out to be a layered, sweet and sour delight. In short, He Ping is delicious, and crossing the street for dessert afterward is such a great combination ✌️.
