Recommended turkey rice in West District, Chiayi | Axi turkey rice, there are many people in the early morning ❤️‍🔥

We arrived in Chiayi at 6am in the morning. We had to try the famous local chicken rice. As we arrived too early, some soups and poached eggs were not ready yet, which was a pity🥲. We ordered turkey rice, shredded bamboo shoots, pork skin, blanched vegetables, tofu, and miso soup🙃. The turkey rice was super fragrant and delicious, with chicken fat, fried shallots, and fragrant and chewy white rice (we ended up ordering another bowl🤣🤣🤣). It was so delicious, and the chicken was not dry🐓
