Lin Congming's fish head in clay pot is a must-try delicacy when you come to Chiayi. I personally think that if you don't like satay like Avy, you must try it. Avy doesn't like satay because it scrapes her throat and makes her feel uncomfortable. However, Lin Congming's fish head in clay pot doesn't have this problem at all. Avy ate one portion of the clay pot we ordered that day.
Aa also thinks the chicken rice is pretty good, because there are two factions of chicken rice in Chiayi, one is more meaty and relatively dry, but the other is more tender and juicy. Lin Congming's chicken rice belongs to the latter. If you also like tender chicken, it is recommended to order one to try.
