🛣️ Drive around and enjoy a day trip to Chonburi 🌊
A relaxing driving trip, go in the morning and return in the evening, travel comfortably without having to take leave
On a free day like this, we wanted to go out and breathe some sea air, so we chose “Chonburi” as our destination because it is close to Bangkok. Just a short drive will give you a full-day trip without getting tired.
🐟 First stop: Bangsaen Fish Market
This is a landmark that seafood lovers should not miss!
Here, there are fresh seafood at reasonable prices and a lot of snacks. The atmosphere is decorated cutely, like walking along the Japanese-Korean seaside. Plus, it is very crowded and lively. No matter which angle you take a picture, it will look good.
🍜 Recharge for lunch: Khum Adam Boat Noodles
A famous Muslim restaurant on Khao Lam Road. We stopped by to order a simple menu, boat noodles. The rich flavor is delicious beyond the price. It is suitable for a quick trip without wasting time.
🐠 Burapha University Underwater World Learning Center
The daytime weather was very hot, so we escaped the heat and went to relax in the air-conditioned room and see beautiful fish at Burapha University's Marine Aquarium. Strolling around, taking cute photos, and gaining knowledge at the same time
🐒 Khao Sam Muk Viewpoint
In the afternoon, we drove up Khao Sam Muk to enjoy the cool breeze and see a 360-degree view of Chonburi. There are wild monkeys walking around up there (watch out for the food!) and there is also a shrine to Mae Sam Muk for you to pray to.
🌅 End of the day: Wonnapha Beach
When the sky started to change colors, we sat and chilled out at Wonnapha Beach, listening to the sound of the waves, eating fresh seafood from the locals. It gave us a truly local feel.
We sat and enjoyed the breeze until the sun set, then drove back to Bangkok with a full heart.
