Wat Neja, a hidden gem in Thailand🇹🇭

#VisitChonburi: Wat Neja, a hidden gem in Thailand

Approximately an hour's drive from Bangkok Airport, this temple is a stunning sight with carved beams and painted wooden beams. You can enter and pay your respects without lighting incense or paper. You can also ring bells and drums.

The vibrant colors and vibrant paintings are stunning!

Located near the sea, the temple offers a chance to watch the sunset, enjoy snacks, soak in the waves and sea breeze, and experience the simple life of the locals.

Wat Neja (Wat Neja) in Ang Si Ra, Chonburi Province, is a striking example of Chaoshan architecture, unlike traditional Thai temples. Restored by generations of descendants and devotees, it houses the statue of Neja, the renowned Third Prince. Located on the eastern side of the temple, facing the sea to the west, you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding ocean from the rooftop.

Neja in various forms comes to life, and within the temple are numerous statues of ancient Chinese deities. Experience the fascinating art that conveys the legends and myths of Chinese culture.

There are no restrictions on prayers and offerings. Please remove your shoes when going outside. Please dress appropriately and show sincerity.
