The powerful Wanzhou Waterfall can be seen from inside the waterfall.

The Wanzhou Waterfall is located in Wanzhou, Chongqing, and is considered one of the six great waterfalls in China. Wanzhou is in Chongqing City, but it is 300 km away from Chongqing, and is a scenic city along the Yangtze River, about an hour and a half by high-speed train. Wanzhou Waterfall can be accessed from the Wanzhou bus terminal in about an hour. From there, it is a 10-minute walk and you can see the waterfall. As you get closer, you can hear the loud sound of the waterfall flowing. It is huge and its shape resembles Niagara Falls. It is 151 meters wide and 64.5 meters high, and the closer you get, the more intimidating it becomes. You can see it from the inside and enjoy the curtain of the waterfall, but you will definitely get soaked. Viewing it from a raft is a thrilling attraction that makes you feel as if you are being sucked in, and the huge waterfall is remembered not only by your eyes but also by your body. On the way back, it is convenient to share a taxi with a local person returning to the city. By the way, I shared a taxi for free.
